After incorporating their project management software system into their business workflow, I enabled Anacom Media to streamline communications, internally & throughout their client roster, organize their work & create opportunities to make better business decisions as they grow.  Most recent results yielded an increase in retainer negotiations and strengthened agreements between client and agency.
