I helped MJE Marketing implement and incorporate a new online Project Management software, develop internal workflow processes and assisted in staffing the Traffic department. After incorporating a more systematic workflow, MJE is better able to organize their workload, manage task & project deadlines, level resources & streamline internal communication with weekly Traffic meetings.
