National University’s Marketing Department needed help to launch their Project Management software & integrate it into their newly-created internal workflow. It was my pleasure to work with such a dedicated team at NU to set up and prepare all data-integration into Workamajig and implement new processes that aligned with their business goals. We’ve since developed proper business rules, aligned the project development and workflow with better-utilized naming conventions and categorization of project-types, timesheet and project reports, scheduled templates & created training documents for the team to follow as the department grows. Data reporting since implementation & launch has been easy, effective and helpful for upper management to review & adjust their businesses’ attention were needed.
